Michael manages Fund Banking at M&T Bank, which is a specialized business providing financing and liquidity solutions to private capital funds.  He has over 25 years of banking and finance experience, and previously managed the Private Equity Group’s Eastern U.S. market at East West Bank.  Michael’s prior experience includes banking, M&A Advisory and private investing roles with SVB Financial, Raymond James, TSG Equity Partners, and BankBoston.  Michael has an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, an A.B. in Biology from Bowdoin College, and he is a CFA® Charterholder.
